BENTO & CO. Series 4
Our Bento & Co. collaboration brings Avec's chef de cuisine Dylan Patel and his dedication to creating flavorful dishes with authentic ingredients. This collaboration box features a bold, umami-filled seared Spanish mackerel, resting on a silky bed of hummus and a tangy sumac glaze. The bento is accompanied by garlic rice, shishito peppers, nimono, tamago, pickled cauliflower, and miso soup.

Chef Dylan’s Bento & Co. box will be available for lunch Tuesday-Friday 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. February 25- March 7 for dine-in and takeout. Quantities are limited—don’t miss out!
