Bento & Co. collaboration box with celebrated chef and owner Lee Wolen features succulent beef short ribs lacquered in a black garlic umeboshi glaze, kabocha squash tossed in poppy seed dressing, topped with chopped spiced pepitas and chiffonade shiso leaf, specialty spicy tuna maki, tamago, seaweed salad & oshinko, rice, and miso soup.
Chef Lee’s Bento & Co. box will be available for lunch Tuesday-Friday 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. January 7-17 for dine-in and takeout. Quantities are limited—don’t miss out!
