Our Bento & Co. Series during the month of August features Chef John Manson of El Che Steakhouse & Bar and Brasero! The flavors of Brazil, Argentina, and Japan come together for this exclusive bento collaboration.
​
Chef Manion fuses his passion for South American flavors featuring grilled shrimp marinated & glazed with Chef Manion's housemate Brazilian chili crisps, then topped with charred green onion salsa. Accompanying side dishes include an umami-filled egg tofu donburi, crunchy spicy tuna maki, and miso soup!

This limited-time bento will be available for dine-in and takeout from August 19th to August 29th during our lunch hours.

A portion of each box goes straight to the Greater Chicago Food Depository, helping fight food insecurity and put meals on tables where they’re needed most. Enjoy the exclusive bento while it's available, and help us help our community!
